We are now listing 8,098 major shopping centers and malls throughout the US and Canada!

Tech Tip: How to “Locate Centers planning a renovation or expansion”
Use the query tool on ShoppingCenters.com / DMM on the Web tool to find out how many current listings meet this criteria.

Click START A QUERY

Select the Physical Features Tab
-
Locate the Renovation/Expansion planned field and check the YES box

The Results Count on the lower right will calculate the number of records
-
Click the VIEW RESULTS button and scroll down to see the list of centers meeting this condition
The answer based upon current data: 1,453 listings meet this criteria.
Want to see how many of those listings are 500k+ in size?

On the Physical Features Tab enter 500000 in the minumum field on the GLA (sqft) range as an additional query selection and click the VIEW RESULTS button to recalculate. (pssst…. the answer is 564)
