Can I test out the site with a trial subscription before paying for a subscription?
Yes you can!
We offer a free trial subscription which provides a fully functioning access to the site with the exception of the export function which is deactivated for trial subscriptions. The trial access will give you the ability to search the full database and see the list of results. The FREE trial subscription to ShoppingCenters.com is offered as an opportunity for visitors to the site to sample the data and site functionality with the intention of signing up for paid access once they have found the DMM data on ShoppingCenters.com to be applicable and a valuable resource for their business.
The trial subscription will allow you to view a set number of actual listings, run a set number of searches/queries and include a set number of records in a sample report. It is active for 7 days OR until you reach one of the thresholds mentioned above. Whichever comes first.
